Ingredients:
What You Need 1 pound of ground beef
Half a pound of potatoes, peeled and diced
2 sliced and peeled carrots
2.5 ounces of water
6 ounces of tomato paste (I used a 6-ounce container) and one chopped onion
Oregano, dried, 1 teaspoon
Powdered onion, measuring 1 teaspoon
2-Teaspoons minced garlic
For seasoning, add salt and pepper to taste.

Poor Man’s Stew: A Slow Cooker Recipe
Saute the ground meat until browned, then remove any extra grease.
Toss the ground meat, potatoes, onions, and carrots into the slow cooker. Mix thoroughly.
Get a basin and mix in the water, tomato paste, oregano, onion powder, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in the chopped onion.
After adding the meat and veggies to the slow cooker, pour the mixture over them.
Ten hours of low heat cooking is required.
Optionally, you may serve it with a side of bread.
