1–2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1–2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with cold water (for thickening, if needed)

Pour in the chicken broth and the cream of chicken soup. Stir to combine.
Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Shred the Chicken:
Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
Add Dumplings:
Tear or cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and place them on top of the chicken mixture. Cover and cook on High for an additional 1–2 hours, or until the dumplings are cooked through and lightly golden on top.

To thicken the soup before adding dumplings, stir in a cornstarch slurry (1–2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with cold water).
For extra nutrition and flavor, add frozen vegetables during the last hour of cooking.
