Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients:

I USE THESE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ONE OF THE BEST ITALIAN SOUPS:

°Ground beef; I used about 900 grams.

°225 grams of pasta.

°A medium onion, I chopped it finely.

°3 medium chopped carrots.

°4 stalks chopped celery.

°2 large boxes. Diced tomatoes, you don’t need to drain them.

°1 medium box. Red beans, and another box. White beans, I drained and rinsed them, I used the 16 oz boxes.

°3 10 oz cans of beef.

°3 teaspoons. Oregano.

°2 teaspoons. Pepper.

°5 teaspoons. parsley,

°1 teaspoon. Tabasco, if desired.

°1 jar. Spaghetti sauce, the largest size.

Instructions:

Step 1:

The first thing I started with was to brown the beef and drain the fat before adding it to the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients except the pasta.

Step 2:

Then I cooked at low temperature for 7 to 8 hours or at high temperature for 4 to 5 hours until it was over, when I was so busy I preferred to let it cook all day, the taste was dangerously delicious.

Step 3:

Finally, 30 minutes before serving, I added to the pasta, once I checked and found the past tender, I served with crispy hot bread!
