Lemon Blossonms

Ingredients:

o 1 bundle yellow combine
1,3.5 oz bundle
immediate pudding
o 4 eggs
o 4 cup vegetable or canola oil

4 cups powdered sugar
o Vs cup contemporary lemon juice
Grated lemon zest of 1 lemon
o 3 Tbs vegetable or canola oil
o3 Tbs water

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a
minuature muffin pan with non-stick
cooking spray.
In a big bowl mix cake combine,
pudding combine, eggs and oil. Mix
with an electrical mixer for 2
minutes.
Spoon 1 Tbs of combination into
every muffin cup. Bake for 12
minutes.
Flip blossoms onto a towel whenever
you take away the pan from the
Oven.

To organize glaze, sift powdered
sugar in a medium bowl. Add lemon
juice, zest, oil and water, and blend
till clean. Dip heat blossoms into
