Ingredients:

7 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

3 tablespoons of butter

1 small amount of dried onion pieces

2 tablespoons of flour

1/2 cup of milk

Half a cup of water

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

2 tablespoons of bacon fat (if desired)

Instructions:

1. Put peeled and cut potatoes in a pot. Put enough water in the pot so that it is 2 inches higher than the potatoes.

Heat the water until it boils. Cook the potatoes until they are soft when pierced with a fork, but still hold their shape. Lower the temperature.

In another bowl, mix flour and half a cup of water until the flour dissolves.

Slowly pour the flour mixture into the pot with the potatoes while stirring continuously. Let it cook for a short time to make it thicker. Change the thickness by adding more flour to make it thicker or more water to make it thinner.

Add milk, salt, pepper, onion flakes, and butter or bacon grease (if desired) to the mixture according to your taste.
