Ingredients:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces
8 ounces of whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, or equivalent
1 (8-oz) can of drained crushed pineapple
1 cup of fluffy, sugar-coated coconut
chopped pecans, half a cup
One quarter cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 pie crust made from graham crackers
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a big basin. Beat till combined.
2. Carefully combine the whipped topping by folding it in a gentle manner.
Third, stir in the pecans, shredded coconut, and crushed pineapple that has been drained. Combine by gently stirring.
4. Evenly distribute the mixture into the pie crust made from graham crackers.
