Cinnabon’s Cinnamon Roll Cake

Ingredients

3 cups of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 measure of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 and a half cups of milk
2 huevos
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 tablespoons of melted butter

1 cup of butter without salt, softened (equal to 2 sticks)
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon
2/3 cup of nuts (you can use walnuts or pecans if you like).
Glaze is a shiny coating applied to food.

2 cups of powdered sugar
4 to 5 tablespoons of milk
1 small spoon of vanilla

Preparation

Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before using it. Lightly grease a baking pan that is 9×13 inches in size with oil or cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla with the other ingredients and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Carefully mix the butter into the mixture before pouring it into the pan.
Mix together softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts (if you like) in a bowl for the filling.
Put spoonfuls of the filling mixture evenly on top of the cake batter.

Use a knife to make swirls and create patterns in the batter.
Cook in your oven that has been heated up beforehand for 25 to 30 minutes. When a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out almost clean.
While the cake is in the oven, make the glaze by mixing sugar, milk, and vanilla until it is smooth.
After taking the cake out of the oven, pour the glaze over it while it is still hot.
Let the cake cool a bit before serving. You can enjoy it hot or at room temperature.
