Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup potatoes, chopped into ½-inch cubes
½ cup diced onion
1 can whole kernel sweet corn (drained)
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
⅓ cup tomato sauce
2 cups water
Instructions:
STEP 1: BROWN THE BEEF
In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
STEP 2: SAUTÉ THE ONION
In the same pan, sauté the diced onion until softened and translucent.
STEP 3: ADD LIQUIDS AND SEASONINGS
Add the water, tomato sauce, and chicken bouillon to the pan. Stir well, then taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
STEP 4: ADD POTATOES AND CORN
Stir in the chopped potatoes and drained corn, making sure everything is well mixed.
STEP 5: SIMMER
Cover the pan and let it simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Add more water if necessary. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
