For the Potato Mixture:

  • 200 grams chicken meat, finely chopped
  • 2 red peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 20 grams cheddar cheese, grated

For the Topping:

  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • Parsley, chopped

Step-by-Step Directions

Prepare the Potato Mixture

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Grate Potatoes: Peel and grate the 5 potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add the eggs, finely chopped red peppers, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper to the grated potatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Prepare the Filling

  1. Cook Onion: In a large skillet, heat the over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add Chicken: Add the finely chopped chicken meat to the skillet and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
