Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Step 4: Shape and Prepare the Dumplings

  1. Use a small spatula to lift the dumplings off the cutting surface.
  2. Dust the dumplings with flour and shape as desired.

Step 5: Cook the Dumplings

  1. Heat the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the dumplings to the boiling broth, leaving the excess flour on them for added thickness.
  3. Cook until the dumplings are tender and fully cooked.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy

  1. Add the cooked chicken to the broth and dumplings.
