Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos or graham crackers)
  • 6 tbsp (85g) melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, if using plain cookies)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • ½ cup (90g) melted semi-sweet chocolate (cooled slightly)

For the Topping:

  • 1 can (21 oz / 600g) cherry pie filling
  • Chocolate shavings or drizzle (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Crust:
