White chocolate and caramel fudge

Ingredients

A 14-ounce can of sweet condensed milk.

3 cups of white chocolate chips. (Translation: 3 cups of white chocolate chips.)

1 cup of chopped nuts.

1/2 cup of caramel sauce at room temperature.

4 tablespoons of butter. (Amount of butter: 4 tablespoons)

Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation

• First, use the microwave. In a medium glass bowl, mix the butter, milk, and chocolate chips together. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.

• In this step, the melting happens smoothly. Don’t place the heat right after 15 seconds because it can be dangerous. Only use this method when there are a few chocolate pieces left in the bowl that have not melted yet; this will ensure that the chocolate is evenly mixed.

• Step 3: Add the pecans and extract to the blender while it is running at a slow speed. Next, put the mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

• Step 4: Use a spatula to press it down to about one inch in height.

• Step 5: Put caramel sauce on the top.

• Step 6: When you put on the sauce, make sure to spread it well to make a good impression. Lastly, let the fudge cool until the caramel layer is ready to be served.

• Cut the paste into 1-inch squares and store them in a zip lock bag in the fridge. This will keep them fresh for up to a week.

This White Chocolate Fudge goes great with a cup of coffee or tea because it has a delicious flavor.

Enjoy!
