Ingredients:
– 1/2 lb diced cooked ham (not thin sliced deli meat), divided
– 1/3 cup diced white onion
– 1 stalk celery, diced
– 1/3 cup mayonnaise or more as needed
– 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon whole grain brown mustard
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
– zest of 1 lemon
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce or 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
– Combine half the ham with remaining ingredients in food processor. Adjust pepperoncini juice and hot sauce to taste. Pulse until uniform in color.
– Pour into bowl. Stir in remaining cubed ham and serve on bread or with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 5 days.
