Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Wings:

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika for a milder flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Aluminum foil (for easy cleanup)
  • Brush for sauce application
