Ingredients:
° 385 g (1 12 cups + 2 tablespoons) water at a specific temperature according to your bread machine model. See settings
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sweet olive oil
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of maple syrup
1 egg, beat
+ dry ingredients
° 20 g (30 ml / 2 tablespoons) of chia seeds
° 385g (2 3/4 cups) La Merveilleux all-purpose flour
3.5 milliliters (3/4 teaspoon) salt
° 1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) instant yeast (or for oven baking)
Instructions:
You will improve your chances of success by using the measurements in grams provided in the recipe.
Grind the chia seeds* in a coffee grinder. Mix all dry ingredients except yeast. sit aside.
Make sure the kneading blade is well inserted into the bread machine mold. Place the liquid ingredients in the order shown above.
Put the flour mixture over the liquids. Make a hole in the middle and put the yeast in (without touching the liquids).
Start the machine at the appropriate cycle according to your brand and model of bread machine: see Parameters
Wait about 2 minutes and then open the lid, scraping the edges with a spoon so that the flour mixes with the dough.
Close the lid and allow the machine to continue its cycle without opening.
Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread (do not leave it in the hot cycle), separate from the mold, and cool completely on a wire rack. Wait for the bread to cool completely before removing the kneading blade.
